I tried a rotozip, but the good ole
jigsaw worked much better.

One thing I wished I would have done before putting on the 1/8" fiber
board would been a top board to nail / screw the top edge of the board
to. The board pulled loose as I was curving it right away. Since the
inside of the board was wet from a fresh primer coat, I instead added an
aluminum angle to keep it in place. I did add a bottom piece to attach
as shown.

No reindeer for 2007.
